Good reasons to use this: your download failed and you've paid for the workbook; you've read it and want to talk about working through it together; you think I've got something wrong and can show me why. That last one is always welcome.
If you've bought the workbook and it hasn't arrived, say so in the first line and I'll send the file over by return. You can also reply to any issue of the newsletter, which reaches me the same way.
