The View
from Inside

A workbook for knowing yourself and meeting the world as it is.

If you want ten easy steps to a better life, this isn't it, and I'd rather tell you now than take your money.

There are no easy steps. There's the slow business of finding out who you actually are, which takes as long as it takes and has no shortcut. Most of what gets sold as self-help is someone else's story wearing your clothes. It sells hope, then disappointment, then more hope.

This workbook does one thing: it helps you find out. It doesn't tell you who to be.

The method is old. Know yourself. Then pay attention to what you say, because your body is listening. Then make decisions the way your body was built to make them, rather than the way your mind insists on making them. Then look at the world clearly, in probabilities, and get on with living in it.

None of it is a belief system. It's a set of practices. Try them, keep what works, throw the rest away.

What's in it

Who it's for

Someone who suspects the version of themselves they've been running isn't quite theirs. Someone who's made a few decisions that looked sensible on paper and turned out badly in the body, and who'd like to understand the mechanism rather than collect another framework.

It will probably make you uncomfortable in at least three places. If you finish it feeling exactly as you did when you started, you did it wrong.

It won't suit you if

By invitation

The premium companion

A handful of people work through the workbook with me directly. That version comes with inserts I write for you rather than for everyone: your own chart in plain English, a 90-day plan built around your Type and Authority, a decision log we review together, and a quarterly sit-down to see what actually changed.

It's personal work, so the numbers stay small and I take people on by invitation and on my own timing. If you've read the workbook and want to talk about it, write to me and tell me what you're after. I'll be honest about whether I'm the right person.

Read Part I. It's the whole opening section, free, and it's the part that asks you to stop pretending. You'll know by the end of it.
